From the moment Janssen Pharmaceutica of Beerse, Belgium opened it's doors in the US, with $15 million in sales in it's first year, Van Vechten & Company drove all public relations consumer, professional and trade PR programs. We did it for ten years, at which point sales topped $300 million. VV&C was this pharmaceutical giant’s one and only PR agency. We also frequently worked for the company’s home office, directing PR programs in eighteen European nations. Many of our proudest moments came from introducting so many of the original compounds that have made Janssen a market leader in the pharmaceutical industry.
